Is there any cost for an estimate?

No, there is absolutely not cost for having us come out and providing you with an estimate.  We will walk your property with you, or meet with board members at your convenience to be sure we understand exactly the level or type of service you are looking for. 

What areas of town do you service?

ASLAN services the greater Orlando.  We are currently servicing Oveido, Winter Park, East Orlando, Conway, Hunters Creek, Lake Nona, Kissimmee,and Davenport

How much do your lawn maintenance services cost?

Residential lawn maintenance costs vary depending on the size of your property and the level of service you would like.  A typical cut can range between $20-$30.  Hedge trimming, tree trimming, and bed maintenance are addition costs.  Our best value is a year round maintenance package in which you receive 42 visits per year at a pro rated monthly amount.  As for commercial pricing Property Managers please contact us for onsite consulation.

Do I have to sign a long term contract for lawn service like most companies?

No, not with us.  Because of our service and commitment to exceeding your expecations we believe you will always want us to be your service provider for years to come.  Therefore, we do not sign contracts for residential properties.  However, for our commercial properties we do which is standard for dealing with HOA's and property management.  For all clients we do require an agreement to terms of services that includes level of service and billing.

What does your lawn care package include?

We offer three different levels of lawn care and can build a package that suits your needs and budget.  They are as follows:

-Gold (Full) Service:  Mow, Edge, string trim (weed eat), and blow off driveway, porches and walkways, hedge and shrub trimming, weed control in beds, turf and shrub care (fertilization, lawn pest control, and fungicides).

-Silver Service (Full):  Mow, edge, string trim (weed-eat), and blow off the driveway, porches and walkways, hedge trimming and shrubs, weed control in beds.

-Bronze Service(standard):  Mow, edge, string trim (weed eat), and blow off driveway, porches, and walkways. NO BED MAINTENANCE

How can I pay you?

We believe in making everything easy for our clients and want to provide you with a pleasant experience in working with us.  So we now offer recurring payments that after filling out an authorization form we will process for you.  Along with that we email invoices that you can open and pay online using your debit or credit card.  For our landscaping and sod services we also take credit cards at your front door making it easy to take care of those big projects.
